Our weight management program provides more than surgical expertise; it gives you control and helps you choose the life you want to live.
Our weight loss surgery options include gastric bypass and gastric sleeve surgery. Our surgeons are widely recognized for helping patients who have had failed weight loss surgeries with bariatric revisions, including lap band revisions.
After surgery, our team stays up to date with your health improvements through lab testing and monitoring. We also provide access to a support group so you can share your progress and talk to people who are going through the same process.

We discuss your goals with you on an individual basis and look at both surgical and non-surgical weight management options. We’re committed to using minimally invasive techniques to offer a shorter, more comfortable recovery. And our proficiency with laparoscopic techniques allows us to perform surgery through incisions just a few centimeters across.
In order to serve each individual patient’s needs, our surgeons work with other health care professionals as a team. Our top surgeons coordinate seamlessly with dieticians, endocrinologists, nurses and social workers. We take into account both the rewards and the potential challenges along the way to help create a personalized manageable action plan that’s right for you.

In a support group, you’ll find people who have similar wellness goals, want to celebrate your successes and support you in challenging times. Support groups are devoted to these common experiences, so you can share your feelings in a safe environment.
Keck Medicine of USC support groups are held from 6-7 p.m. at:
1520 San Pablo St, HC2
