Axillary Node Dissection

USC Surgery / Treatments / Axillary Node Dissection

In the era of sentinel lymph node biopsy, the role for axillary lymph node dissection has decreased. However, there are still indications for when to use axillary node dissection that would be tailored to individual patient characteristics.
